Day 14 Recovery

Breakfast
Scrambled eggs, veggies, avocado on hash browns with wheat toast

It’s got everything you need to replenish your body from a tough workout. My favorite is chocolate right now.. mmmmm good

Day 13 juice

After my crash yesterday I have been in quite a lot of pain so it has been difficult to get my appetite today. A few of my favorites today were
Lemon Ginger Odwalla bar
Naked Juice tropical mango
Hummus and pretzels

I would recommend tegaderm bandage for ANYONE who needs something for sports or has road rash. I rode 30 miles tonight and used this on all of my road rash spots and it worked incredibly good

Thank you @Oakleyrich for the recommendation. I wouldn’t have been able to get through the pain of the ride and hurt without these bandages I don’t think.

Day 12~ yum

I love cofee! Sometimes a lot of coffee drinks have a lot of sugar in them so my favorite drink is
an americano with a little steamed cream and some raw sugar

As you can see I love making smoothies for breakfast or lunch. Preparation is so important when you are eating healthy so when I buy fruits at the store a lot of times I will freeze them and put them in baggies so when the time comes to make a smoothie they are all ready to throw in the blender
